Justin was the agent who sold me my first house. He was honest, ethical and made me feel like he was doing me a favour in getting more money out of me to secure my first home. When it came time for us to sell it 16 years later, he was our first choice. His initial research and quoting was backed up by a wide range of recent comparable sales, and he didn't under-quote or over-promise. He and Dimi Romero gave us very specific advice on what needed to be done to help get the best price for the house. With every recommendation, they gave us a "why" - why it was suggested, and what it would help do for us (based off their experience). They even did this when explaining the advertising spend. The entire processes was ridiculously painless and the plan to take it to market was logical, yet flexible. During our open home period before auction, we got multiple, comprehensive updates from them on what was going on. We never, ever had to chase them on anything. We ended up accepting a pre-auction offer that was far above anything we expected to get. I have no doubt that the reason for this is Justin's extensive experience and knowledge of the Canberra market, and the expertise he and Dimi had in making the house look the best, in knowing how to reach the people who would want to buy it. The whole process from start to finish was easy. We were given advice on how to dress the unit. Were taken through the sales strategy Dimi and Justin thought was going to be most successful for our property. We handed the keys over and within the week had interested buyers. Did one showing and the property was sold for $551K - a record breaking price for a 1br in Braddon. Could not recommend an agent/ team more highly.

We met Justin Taylor 13 years ago when he showed us through a house we were interested in purchasing. His personality, warmth and professionalism resonated with us so much, that when we made the decision to sell, we deliberately searched for him. Justin is not your stereotypical realestate agent.
